Qdoba, Chipotle, and sit-down mexican restaurants usually have a good vegetarian option for burritos or fajitas. I love squash and peppers, so it's really satisfying for me. :)Where are some good places to eat for vegetarians? or recipes?
Everyone has said a lot of it! If you are looking for fast food you should try places like Chipotle, Qdoba, Subway, Panda Express, Noodles and Co., Jimmy John's, Quizno's, Taco Bell, Burger King, etc etc. You'll find that most places have started to cater to people who don't like meat (not necessarily vegetarians). It's REALLY nice.
You'll probably enjoy Indian, Mexican, Asian, and Italian cuisine as many of their foods are already vegetarian or easily adapted for vegetarianism. A lot of people shy away from Indian food, but its SO good and generally pretty good for you. I think if you get over the initial ';yuck, Indian food!'; that most people think, you'll love it. Almost everything is vegetarian and a good portion of things are vegan. My favorites are Mutter Paneer (peas and cheese), Aloo Mutter (potatoes and peas), Chana Masala (chickpeas and tomatoes in spices), and Dahl (lentils).
I found that, as a vegetarian, I was able to find something to eat EVERYWHERE I went. If you want vegetarian recipes, I would suggest checking out http://www.vegweb.com. The website is technically dedicated to vegan recipes, but you can obviously replace things like soy milk with real milk :)
As others have said, Asian places are GREAT. Just be careful, as many use fish sauce for flavoring (needless to say, it is not vegetarian). You will ALWAYS find vegetarian and vegan food at an Indian place. Thai places are usually pretty good, as are Chinese. Be careful of Vietnamese and Japanese, as fish sauce (and fish broth) are pretty standard additions to even the dishes that don't include big pieces of meat.
Most quality steakhouses are actually pretty good for vegetarians. Since they produce food fresh and it's not pre-mixed, the chefs generally are able to whip up pretty tasty pasta dishes.
You also can go to some fast-food places, but I don't suggest it (fast food isn't healthy).
The only thing here is McDonalds and you know.
Here's a good recipe though since I don't know any places to eat at other than subway. It's vegetarian ravioli:
-Sauce-
1/4 cups of spinach
26 ounces of Pasta sauce
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Basil
1/2 cup of milk/soy milk
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 bag Morningstar veggie crumbles
-Dough-
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbs butter
1/2 cups boiling water
-Directions-
1) Put all the sauce ingredients in skillet and simmer
2) Mix all the dough stuff in a bowl except for the water.
3)Slowly add the water
4) Take out dough and divide it in half
5) Role out the dough so it's 1/8 inch thick
6) Cut into squares that are about 2 inches
7) Put sauce on one of the squares and put another (square) ontop and pinch the sides together
8) Boil for 3-4 minutes
9) Serve with sauce
• For about a buck, you can score a bean burrito (“No cheese, please!”) at Taco Bell or a baked potato at Wendy’s.
• Subway’s Veggie Delite—on Italian bread, minus the cheese and mayo—is deelish!
• Got a bit more time? We all love the veggie burgers at Johnny Rockets and Ruby Tuesday.
• Burger King’s BK Veggie™ (it’s no longer vegan because they’ve added egg whites, but it’s still a great meat-free option for vegetarians on the go)
This is a website that i rely on for my vegan recipes:

good on you, go vego.
sushi is a good option, its healthy, fast, easy, yummy and vegetarian.
In general, asian is the best cuisine- stuff like noodle stir fry, fried rice, vegie curries etc.
Indian, Asian, and Mexican places generally have more vegetarian options generally.
This site has a list of vegetarian restaurants in different areas:
