Any good vegetarian breakfast recipes?(Preferrably no eggs)?

I love this :

Vegetarian bacon, cook this.

Then stir fry some mushrooms, onions, and red pepper (or whatever vegetables you love) and then butter some bread.

Put the bacon on the bread when its done, and put the vegetables on the bacon. Add another slice of bread on top, ketchup or brown sauce on the side, and enjoy! =]

Its a really delicious brekkie, and helps you towards your five a day too, especially if you have it with fruit juice! =] Any good vegetarian breakfast recipes?(Preferrably no eggs)?

how about. . . whole wheat cinnamon toast, topped with sliced or diced fruit of your choice, a side of yogurt or cottage cheese if you prefer, and a glass of vanilla soy milk. that's what i like to make, and it's good for breakfast or just anytime. plus it's easy to make and even easier to clean up after. :)
