Any nice vegetarian sausage recipes?

I would like to make my own vegetarian sausages, I am not looking for recipes that have vegetarian sausages in them. I know that it may require a steamer etc. Any links or recipes would be greatly appreciated =DAny nice vegetarian sausage recipes?

I'm sure major supermarkets sell a vegetarian version of sausagemeat, which you can then bind with egg, and add apple, herbs etc
