Stick to salads, and pretty much anything green.

Stir fry is very good, but make sure you consider the contents you are adding.

I would advise you to eat salad and fresh vegetables and fruit, and when you get hungry and want a snack go for the vegetables.

I am a vegetarian also, for the same reason, I do not like the taste of the meat, so stick with your fruits and vegetables, but remember some junk food is ok to have once in a while : )

My mom didn't like to cook either. But now that my fiance and I are living together, I basically call the shots. We've got a lot of frozen food (lean cuisines, because he's not vegetarian) and of course Boca and Morning Star products. I just got some Boca Ground Crumbles today and I think sometime this week I'll make some chili and freeze the leftovers since chili freezes well.

Anyways, I'm going to link you to a site in the source section. They have recipes, tips for if you are eating out, and shopping guides.

Hope this helps you out!
ChooseVeg.com is an awesome site. They have recipes for every meal, course and snacks. There are lots of good tips.
