For what it's worth, I was recently diagnosed with really low levels of B vitamins. My doctor gave me a prescription for it, but recently I've just been buying the over-the-counter stuff. It seem to work just as well %26amp; my energy levels are up.

I get the ';Kroger Energy Metabolism B Natural Complex + C';. (It's important to get the ';natural complex'; version. The other stuff is synthasized and doesn't seem as effective.

You'll also want to get some High Potency D-1000. I purchased the ';Natures Bounty'; brand. (You have to take D vitamins along with the B's -- otherwise the B does't work as well).

Give it about 10 days and you'll see a real difference in your energy %26amp; mood. (Also check out a supplement ';Sam-E';...it's in the same aisle as the vitamins).I need of good Vegetarian recipes?
Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous Carrots %26amp; Asparagus:

Ingredients:

1 large bag of wholesome carrots

1 bunch of asparagus

2 tablespoon margarine

dill weed (fresh or dry)

Directions:

Wash vegetables. Chop asparagus in 1-2 chunks and begin to sautee in 1 T of margarine. Sautee over medium heat (until just tender)

Meanwhile, chop wholesome carrots into small chunks and add to boiling water. Let wholesome carrots boil appx. 10 minutes or until just tender (try not to let them get mushy.

Once wholesome carrots are done, drain them and add to asparagus with another T of margarine.

Add dill (as much as you like)- I use about 1 T and mix vegetables around so that they become well coated.
You will have a hard time getting enough protein I think, if you don't like beans or eggs. Greek yogurt is excellent high source of protein, but something tells me you don't eat yogurt. Maybe you need to try Naked protein shakes, soy milk is full of good protein, and ezekiel bread products have complete proteins too.
I just googled it and found all kinds of web sites specializing in vegetarian recipes. Look through them and find recipes that suit your taste.

make a salad or google it.

or you could be creative and make something up.
im sorry but you are wayy to picky...we can't help you.
Try adding greens, such as spinach and kale, to your diet. The spinach can be served raw in salads and both can be chopped, thrown in boiling water for 5 minutes, drained and served on top of pasta or with cut-up tofu and dried fruit.

Also, try making a stir-fry with vegetables and greens that you like -- spinach or kale, onions (green, red, etc.), garlic, mushrooms, carrots, etc.

Try fruit salads with fresh, seasonal fruits, berries (esp. blueberries), melon, avocados, and bananas.

Hope this helps.
This is a really good vegetarian recipe and its easy to make:

Vegetarian Phyllo Purses. Vegetarian Phyllo Purses are purses of phyllo dough filled with vegetables and chutney sauce. I know you are a picky eater (like me) so you won't probably like chutney sauce. So all you have to do is steam whatever vegetables you like. But remember to steam it halfway only. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. After that is done the phyllo dough or any dough you have and put the vegetables in the center of the dough and pull the sides of the dough up thus, making it into a bag. Take an egg and beat it in a small bowl. If you don't want the egg use melted butter. With a pastry brush or a spoon and put some butter or egg on the tip of the dough purse to make the dough stick together and then take more of the egg or butter and put it all over the dough purse evenly so when it comes out of the oven the egg or butter makes it crispier. Put it in the oven until it becomes golden brown. Then that's it. Hope you like it!
