Some of my favorite dinner recipes are chili recipes. They are healthy, and full of protein and the variety is endless. This site has a nice selection and they give you ideas on how to change it around.

I usually double the recipe and then freeze leftovers in portion sizes for a future meal. It is a great time saver.

Also check out the section called sides there is a very good grilled vegetable recipe with a wonderful 9 spice rub.

Enjoy!
