Ok so here is my situation I started to read up on animal cruelty so I decided like almost over night that I wanted to be a vegan, I ate meat like everyday so it was a huge change in my life and my mom gladly supported me and bought me frozen vegan foods but I just didn鈥檛 like them so I ended up eating salad a lot and I am a athlete so it was really tough on my body not getting the protein that it craved. I survived being a vegan for about 5 months but I lost a lot of weight and muscle I was starting to look scrawny so I went back the eating meat for like 3 or 4 months and started body building to gain back muscle and now that I am at a healthy weight I want to go back to being vegan but I don鈥檛 want to just eat salad all the time some vegetarian and vegan recipes. You do not need to eat meat to be strong. Did you know some professional athletes are vegan? Like Tony Gonzalez (pro football player) and Martina Navratilova (tennis player)?

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous penny carrot salad:
Heat until dissolved:
1 can tomato soup
录 c vinegar
陆 c sugar
陆 t dry mustard
1 t salt
Mix in:
6 C (1 #) wholesome carrots sliced like pennies,
cooked 10 minutes (still firm)
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
Chill overnight or longer.
